It's the anticipation of an attack that sets the anxiety cycle in motion. The foundation of a panic attack is laid hours before you have one. The slightest stress can trigger a full blown panic attack.

The difference between people who eliminate panic attacks from their lives and those who don't is not medication, lifestyle change or relaxation exercises. It's when someone no longer fears the thought of having a panic attack.

The first time a person experiences a panic attack it can feel like their world is falling down around them. Nowhere feels safe as the anxiety becomes a threat lurking in the background.

When this happens people begin to either avoid situations that make them anxious or medicate themselves to the point where they are numb to the fear. Obviously neither of these is a satisfactory solution. What is needed is the ability to immediately stop fearing another panic attack.

After a person experiences a panic attack for the first time, the experience can be so strong that it leaves an imprint on the persons psyche. This mental imprint generates a cycle or loop of anxiety whereby the person develops an unhealthy fear of having another panic attack. People can spend from months to years caught in this repetitive cycle of anxiety.

I recommend a technique that allows a person to break the cycle of anxiety and return to normal everyday living.

The really unique element of the technique is that there is no need for you to regress into your past and find out why you had your initial panic attack in order to get results. All that is needed is your willingness to break out of the anxiety cycle, break away from this cycle of fear.

To get expert assistance please click

HERE

An anxiety attack or panic attack can be a terrifying experience.

The symptoms of anxiety attacks can be very confusing as usually the person has no idea as to why their body is reacting in the manner it is.

However anxiety attacks are very treatable. It is very important that you speak with your doctor if you are experiencing these anxiety attack symptoms in order to receive an accurate diagnosis. Getting your anxiety symptoms investigated after you first experience them will help reassure you that nothing more serious might be wrong.

So what are the typical anxiety attack symptoms?

The most common symptoms of anxiety attacks are:

Palpitations Pounding heart‚ or an accelerated heart rate Sweating Trembling or shaking Shortness of breath A choking sensation Chest pain or discomfort Nausea or stomach cramps A feeling of being dizzy Unsteadiness Lightheadedness or feeling faint Derealization (a feeling of unreality) Depersonalization (a feeling of being detached from oneself) Fear of losing control or going crazy Fear of dying Numbness or a tingling sensation Chills or hot flushes

These are some of the possible symptoms of a anxiety attack but what does it actually feel like to experience one?

Usually an anxiety attack begins with an unusual bodily sensation from the list above. The person then reacts with fear that the symptoms are indicators of a much more serious threat and in turn reacts with more fear which escalates into a state of heightened anxiety. A vicious cycle of anxiety and fear can begin.

For professional advice please click

HERE
